Jean Monnet Center of excellence
On August 8, 2017, the “Jean Monnet Center of Excellence” was established. It aims to coordinate and promote research and study activities on European integration and its institutional, legal, political, economic, historical, and social developments from an interdisciplinary perspective, ensuring the following activities:
- Collaboration in carrying out European research activities aimed at all relevant institutional stakeholders, locally, nationally, and internationally, to promote the study of the integration process;
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration (including the participation in European and national calls for proposals involving research projects) to exchange and investigative initiatives on issues of public and scientific debate;
- Training of specialized personnel on the topics covered by the Center’s research activities;
- Dissemination of research results and information about these activities.
